I wanted a mold inspection but was leery of someone who might be less than honest telling me I had a mold problem if I didn't. I was very relieved with the treatment that I received. Their inspection was very thorough and they were very open about everything. I would recommend these guys.
I would not trust anyone else when it comes to mold, these guys are awesome. This is the second cleanup they have helped me with in my home, and they have also done work in my mother's house. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
The insulation sure looked dark and ugly, I thought for sure it was mold. It was easy to get a professional opinion, I should have called sooner. I would recommend the Flood Co.
I had the window company look at this twice and they said that the window was not leaking, that it was coming from the unit above. I'm glad to get your diagnoses so we can finally get this fixed. Thank you!
Our home inspector was not able to find any of the mold that you were able to find. You were able to find and document for me with pictures of the mold in five areas. I can only say that I'm impressed. It is really important for us to know about any mold before we buy this house.
And my client thanks you. With what you found, you really helped to add value to my service for my buyer. You even found what the home inspector missed. Now my client can negotiate the repairs as part of their purchase.
Thanks for the speedy and thorough service. I'll call call on them again if if needed.
